Bob is a seasoned user experience researcher and user experience project manager with a track record of positively impacting each stage of the user-centered product lifecycle. Whether it's discovering the sources of trouble and fixing them (Google Pack, Microsoft Passport), creating successful new interaction models (Michelangelo, Microsoft Dynamics Workflow, Lively.com, bringing the 3rd dimension to Air Traffic Control displays), or performing complete UX overhauls (Windows Media, Microsoft Dynamics SL), Bob's passion for seeking great problems and measurable impact has resulted in a track record of positive impact.
