About Bob Everson

I am currently an IT Manager employed by HMSA Hawaii Medical Service Association, and also teach an Information Systems for Global Business Environment at University of Hawaii at Manoa here in Honolulu. I have also worked for technology companies such as Oracle, Boeing, and Anderson Consulting for the past 20+ years. I started my career in IT when applications where being converted from DOS based to Windows based applications. Currently, I have been exposed to transitioning applications and infrastructures to Cloud based Platforms, as well as exposure to Artificial Intelligence and Chat Bots like ChatGPT. I am a passionate lifelong learner that stays current with the market with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems from University of Tampa, MBA from Colorado State University, Masters in Technology Management from Washington State University, MA in Communications from University of Hawaii at Manoa. I am currently a PhD student in Communications and Information Sciences program at University of Hawaii at Manoa.
