I have 55 years personal experience within the retail display, POS/POP, and retail interiors markets, including more than 35 years recruiting high calibre personnel for Glencourt's client companies. In May 2002 I was elected to the Executive Board of the Association of Executive Recruiters. The AER champions high standards within the executive recruitment sector and represents the ‘kite-mark’ of excellence for independent UK executive search and selection companies. In August 2004 I was appointed the Association’s Vice Chairman, a role I undertook for three years.
