During my tenure at Lewis Paper International, promoted to Sales Manager leading a team of sales representatives in the Midwest and Colorado. Responsible for budgeting, goal setting/planning, and working with the team in the market, to the meet our sales objectives!Charged with creating and building a wide format business segment from the ground up at Lewis. Developed the business plan, recruited suppliers, created product mix, customer catalog and marketing plan. Tirelessly educated and motivated our sales team and sold externally to build demand with existing and new customers. The program exceeded expectations, revenue grew exponentially, with a positive impact on the company bottom line in 12 months!Presently Midwest Wide Format Sales Manager at Lindenmeyr Munroe, the leading North American distributor of paper, wide format, and packaging. Working with our talented sales team throughout the Midwest, having a ton of fun and success helping existing and new customers grow the wide format segment of their print business. Additionally, winning sales in new business verticals e.g.(wall décor, personalization, textiles, and soft signage).
