About Bob Greene

With extensive experience serving as a trusted thinking partner, I ask powerful questions and facilitate significant conversations so clients gain greater perspective and reach their goals. Through one-to-one coaching and skillfully facilitated group dialogue, I help individuals and teams clarify their central values, identify vital goals, address internal and external obstacles that keep them stuck, and take effective action. I created and facilitate the Emerging Leaders Academy sponsored by the Foundation for MetroWest (Massachusetts), a multi-session program for early and mid-career professionals that includes vital content and individual coaching. I collaboratively developed and facilitated mitigating implicit bias workshops and discussions for hiring committees at a university, as well as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion conversations pilot for the New England chapter of the International Coach Federation. I helped improve communication and cohesion in a human services agency through work with an internal change team, two all-hands retreats, and coaching with the executive director. I am a certified MBTI practitioner and certified to administer the Center for Creative Leadership 360 assessment, and I have published articles and facilitated workshops and webinars on leadership and professional development, building real teams, diversity and inclusion, and other topics. I have substantial experience working with a wide range of clients who emphasize social responsibility: individuals, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and community-minded businesses.
