My professional career has been a transition through different “engineering” fields – using disciplined systems and practices to increase organizational capability and deliver exceptional results. I began my career in information technology, transitioning into business and service delivery operations management, then evolving into an impactful leader who tackles organizational challenges with a core value of building and nurturing healthy organizations; capitalizing on an organization’s greatest asset: its people. With over 40 years of experience as an enterprise-wide operational manager and executive leader, I have assisted start up and legacy organizations design and implement dramatic improvements and reach aggressive service level, growth and project deliverable goals. I have led teams and projects both large and small, built and managed high-volume operations and led projects that positively impacted entire enterprises while serving as a senior leader on numerous committees and boards. I am an architect and driver of strong corporate cultures built on respect, collaboration and teamwork.
