With over 37 years of experience serving mature and emerging businesses, I am the Tax Managing Partner and Tax Services Coordinator in EY’s Tax Consulting Practice. Based in the firm’s Westlake Village office, I serve market leading companies that are our clients across a diverse range of industries, including engineering and construction, technology, retail and consumer products, distribution and manufacturing. I assist companies with strategic domestic and international tax planning projects, restructuring, merger & acquisitions and shareholder/corporate tax planning. My experience includes: • Consultation and tax planning (including international tax planning) for a public technology and manufacturing company with subsidiaries in Europe and South America, acquisition and divestiture planning, foreign cash repatriation and assistance with financial reporting tax issues • Assisting with the strategic implementation of a global rollout and other related tax matters regarding international and domestic tax integration for several publicly traded defense and engineering clients • Tax planning including accounting methods’ analysis, state and local tax consultation, corporate transaction planning and implementation of a foreign tax efficient holding company structure for a leading multinational corporation EY’s globally-coordinated tax practice has over professionals in more than 120 countries dedicated to setting the standard for exceptional client service.
