About Bob Higle
August 1980 to Present Bob has been actively involved in process improvement since the early 1980’s when first introduced to DOD 2167 with Williams Research (later International) then leading Chrysler Powertrain Engineering to adopt key process areas to effect process improvement shortly after the acquisition by the Daimler Benz corporation in the early and then adopting standard process practices throughout all of Chrysler Powertrain. Bob led a team of engineers at Chrysler to help instruct and lead the organization through the features and benefits of the process development process (using CMMi, LEAN, AGILE and Six-Sigma methodologies). In 2009, Bob graduated from seminary and then took his love of process improvement into parish life helping to lead Plymouth through difficult times. One of those times was to sell its large building and grounds (2017) and move in with one of its sibling parish’s giving them five more years of existence. Covid proved difficult and eventually led Plymouth to decide to close sending its financial assets ($1.6 million) to the Lansing Community Foundation.(2023)
