About Bob Hunter

I grew up in the State of Hawaii, where I was able to achieve a higher level in my employment choices within the security and safety industry. Unfortunately, I’d been unable to pursue that same higher level within my educational goals, and my family and I had decided to relocate to Florida in July Limiting my employment role allowed me to resume my focus on academic pursuits, and I was able to attain three (3) successive academic degrees, culminating in a Master of Business Administration in 2006 from the Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business. During my seventeen (17) year employment within the public sector, I’ve gained a wealth of experience and knowledge in workforce planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations and regulatory compliance. Throughout my varied career, I’ve developed expertise in human resource activities such as the development of job descriptions, the oversight of the recruitment and interview processes and the administration of employee files. I've also been able to achieve certification in the human resources industry through the association for Strategic Human Resource Management Certified Professional - SHRM-SCP and recognition as a Certified HIPAA Privacy Expert CHPE.
