As the VP of Sustaining Engineering at SiriusXM, I am responsible for the health of automotive streaming in over 8 million vehicles. I have over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications and telematics industry, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and high-quality solutions. I am a U.S. Army Veteran with strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. In my current role, I work cross-functionally across the enterprise to ensure all new and existing in vehicle features function as designed. I have optimized the release to production process, reducing the number of production incidents by ten-fold year over year. I have also aligned the agile schedules with the release cycles, making the best use of the quarterly releases to deliver best in class features to the vehicle. I manage, coach, mentor, and train a team of talented engineers who share my vision of creating the best connected car experience for our users.
