About Bob Koons

As a designer, I am interested in our interaction with digital applications and products, and how to make that connection feel effortless and rewarding for the end user. For over 15 years, I have helped clients create strong, engaging relationships with their customers. During that time, there was a lot of listening, questioning, drawing, designing, collaborating, acting on ideas, testing, delivering products, analyzing, and iterating to improve. I learned the importance of design’s impact on the customer experience. I became passionate about usability for web products, which expanded to a holistic consideration of how people relate with digital technology. Today, this is what I do. I design pragmatic, empathic web solutions that engage and delight users while accomplishing specific business goals and client objectives.
