About Bob Kuck

I have performed a variety of roles in my 25+ years in the software development world. Beginning as a digital Art Director who learned to code I transformed into an accomplished Technical Leader and have settled into a Project Leadership role utilizing my vast experiences to navigate the daily challenges of delivery. I have strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to lead clients in defining and translating complex business and technical problems into achievable and effective solutions. I produce SOWs and Change Orders that articulate the approach and detail risks and assumptions that protect the team from project unknowns. I am skilled with communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical and complex information into clear written and verbal communication. I have managed teams for the majority of my career, provide active feedback and employ an empowerment philosophy to maximize an individual's career growth.
