About Bob Lind

I’m the VP of IT for CQ Partners. We help independent audiology practices grow their businesses, and we are the premier organization in this space. I lead the company’s IT efforts and manage a team of 7 IT Professionals. I also oversee a variety of cross-functional projects for the organization as well as application development and enterprise system migration efforts for some of our sister companies. In 2015 we helped design, establish and support all back office processes for a new sister company. It was incredible to be part of a startup that has been an undeniable success. Before joining CQ I spent 19 years with TCIM Services, an outsource provider of call center services. At TCIM I worked my way through the ranks, starting as a 3rd shift Operator and working my way up to the position of Vice President of Application Development, responsible for Software Development, IT operations and Quality Assurance. In between I spent many years developing software in an extremely fast paced environment. I was very fortunate to work with an incredible team of IT Professionals and Operations Leaders. My “Why” statement is simple: I do what I do because I like to make things better. It is immensely satisfying to me to help individuals and organizations improve. I have a BA in Political Science with a minor in English from the University of Delaware. Prior to graduation I decided that attending law school (my original plan) was no longer a path I wanted to follow, and I opted for a career in IT. I’ve never looked back. Who am I outside of work? I’ve been a guitar player for over 30 years, my wife and I enjoy wine tasting/collecting, I’m on a mission to help the homeless, and I have a son who works as a Physician Assistant. I couldn’t be more proud of him.
