About Bob McTavish

After leaving the Military in 2003 (after 24 years service), I worked for Rubicon Response (later Petrofac) as an Emergency Response Control Operator (ECRO) based at BP. Later I joined Dangerous Goods Management (DGM) Aberdeen where I gained the qualifications as a Dangerous Goods Instructor (excluding Radioactives) for all modes of transport. I also gained the qualification of Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor DGSA). In 2208 I joined Falck Safety Services, later known as RelyOn Nutec (onshore / offshore training). One of my responsibilities was to formulate, gain approval and update all Dangerous Goods material, including application for re approval from governing bodies such as the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). I still currently hold the qualification of Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA). Level 2 COSHH Assessor. Instructor, Assessor and Internal Verifier qualifications. Now employed by Pentagon Freight Services, Aberdeen as an Dangerous Goods instructor, assessor, Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor and Internal verifier. I have recently passed my NVQ Level 3 in Education and Training.
