Bob Nardelli is the Founder and CEO of XLR-8 LLC, Investment & Advisory Company – Has served as Advisor to SAP, Emigrant Bank, and currently Advisor to EY among others plus numerous investments. His new firm, XLR-8 LLC, combines his 40-plus years of experience augmenting business performance with a team of professionals that has unparalleled skills fixing and growing companies. XLR-8 helps companies identify weaknesses and improve performance. Widely recognized as one of the best operating executives in the United States, Bob Nardelli has grown the sales and profits of a number of multi-national corporations. During his nearly 30-year tenure at the General Electric Co, he quadrupled operating profits for GE Power Systems. As the Chairman and CEO, he then doubled the size of The Home Depot and helped save Chrysler Corp. and its iconic brands during the financial institution meltdown. Nardelli served as Senior Advisor, CEO of Cerberus Operations & Advisory Company, LLC from 2007 to 2015. Prior to that, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Managers of Chrysler, LLC, 2007 to 2009. From to 2007, Nardelli served as Chairman, President and CEO of The Home Depot. He began his career at GE in 1971, and advanced rapidly through a series of senior leadership positions. Mr. Nardelli currently is on the Board of Trustees of the Savannah College of Art and Design and Cristo Rey Atlanta and also serves as a Board Director of BWXT Technologies, Inc. He has also served as a Board Director of Pep Boys and Wounded Warrior Project.
