His expertise encompasses asset management, consulting, training, and component services in the REO domain. Over the course of his career, Bob spent years managing foreclosures, was a partner in an asset management firm, and owned a consulting and training company. His extensive experience includes the management and sale of over REOs for various institutions, private equity investors, and hedge funds. Additionally, he led a team responsible for valuations of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) as well as default servicing, establish Current Market Values (CMVs) and mark-to-market values for decision-making. Bob's hands-on approach, conducting inspections of numerous assets and overseeing repairs, has enabled him to provide strong vendor oversight and alignment with asset owners. He employs best execution and strong advocacy for property repair and a commitment to achieving the highest total net execution while prioritizing home sales to end-users.
