I never say: “that’s not my job." I do not sacrifice long-term value for short-term results. I act on behalf of my project, my team, and always act in the company’s best interests. Earn Trust I listen attentively, speak candidly, and treat others respectfully. I am vocally self-critical, even when doing so is awkward or embarrassing. I put others first and aim to never take personal credit, but to give kudos to my team and my leadership. Frugality I believe in automation, simplicity, agility, self-sufficiency, keeping it simple, accomplish more with less. I come to work every day with the mindset: “what can I do to provide exceptional outcomes but save the company money as well?” Deliver Results I focus on the key inputs for business stakeholders (what is important to them) and deliver results with high quality and in a timely fashion.
