About Bob Perry

I specialize in increasing the audience ratings for radio stations and media companies that target the Hispanic audience with Spanish, English, and bilingual formats. I have programmed and consulted 75+ top-rated radio stations in 20+ different markets throughout the United States and Mexico. In the United States, I have worked with Alpha Media, Cox Media Group, Entravision, Border Media Partners, Adelante Media, Davidson Media, El Dorado Communications, Tyler Media, American General Media, Cherry Creek Media and Univision. In addition to consulting stations in the United States, since 2001, I have been the programming consultant for Mexico's largest broadcast company, Grupo Acir, based in Mexico City which consistently has the top-rated stations in markets throughout Mexico. I have an extensive background in audience market research including market perceptual studies, music testing, and audience focus groups. My research expertise is focused on developing the strategy and content to attract larger audiences on both radio stations and their digital platforms. I work with air talent to develop social media strategies to bring more audience to each station. Consulting and researching different formats in different languages and in different countries has helped me to perfect the art of staying flexible, keeping an eye on future trends with the growing Hispanic audience. Prior to consulting, I worked as a program director and air personality on general market radio stations from Texas to California.
