A big reason for SafeNet's success is because the founders were consultants! I've been a developer, a quality analyst, a business analyst, and a project manager. I've consulted in the Fortune 500 and in small startups. There is nothing like walking in a consultant's shoes to understand the type of support they need to love their careers. My simple mission is to build the consulting firm I always wanted to work at! I thrive on making friends. I am deeply committed to connecting with people to see how we can help each other to be successful. The innovative business model that has helped SafeNet to be a success for over two decades is a simple compilation of what people are telling me they need, and my own thoughts from over my consulting career. My career fuel comes from seeing the amazing results. I have a particular passion for the work we do in Healthcare.
