About Bob Ramirez

I have over thirty years of diverse engineering experience with the majority of that in energy consulting, and I am also a licensed Professional Engineer. My expertise includes commercial and residential impact evaluations, large-scale on site verification and baseline studies, support for and creation of TRMs and other deemed savings methods, support for energy efficiency potential studies, hands-on experience with EE program tracking data systems, measure cost and cost-effectiveness analysis, broad and extensive experience with energy efficiency technologies and end use load shapes, and large-scale building simulation/modeling. One of my unique specialties is facilitating the design and creation of in-house energy analysis software tools and “systems” to ensure that large-scale evaluation and baseline studies are conducted effectively, efficiently, and with consistent data gathering and analysis approaches via systematic and comprehensive procedures and processes.I have worked and continue to work in many areas of the U.S. including California, the Northwest, Midwest, Northeast/East, Texas and even Hawaii, which provides me with an enhanced national perspective and professional network. I have managed and mentored engineers and energy surveyors, and provide support to other staff managers. I also contribute to business development efforts.
