About Bob Ray

I am a retired IT professional (from the Bell System) who has also run his own business (for 16 years) and helped start 3 other businesses. I currently work part time with a company that I worked with as a Board Member when it first started. I also serve on the board of an International Missions organization (Global Missions Project) and travel with them playing in orchestras around the world. I enjoy keeping up with technology and have worked building systems from low level assembler (and machine) code to today's much higher level software languages and many products in between. I am currently using productivity tools such as Asana and Slack to coordinate with workers in a remote office structure. I enjoy staying busy, being challenged, and contributing to the growth and success of companies. I am not looking for a new career or even full time work, but short term projects and part time work where I can contribute and enjoy flexibility to continue my other interests are welcome.
