CEO and President of Inve$tnet Inc, a commercial real estate development, brokerage and consulting firm based in Sacramento, CA. We work along major cooridors for Corporate Users, Investors and our groups. We work on land use entitlements, developing and brokerage with most of our work specializing in 1 to 5 acre developments. In addition, we work on problem solving and brokerage of our projects and clients we develop a relationship with. Recent projects include assembling 201 acres by the new Boeing plant in North Charleston, SC; developing in Granite Bay, CA a new Starbucks Drive Thru with co-tenant River City Bank, the leading regional financial institution; and multiple site selections representing new Massage Envy franchisees in Northern California. On March 1st thru 10th we opened the first 7 of our Fruition Cafes in Columbus, OH in Urban Active (LA Fitness) clubs. Rosenberg has been active nationally in the CCIM, and served on the Executive Committee of the member CCIM Institute based in Chicago (Oct 2008-2010),is a 20 year member of the Institute's Board of Directors & has served on the STDB/CCIM Technologies BOD. Locally he servedon the Capitol Public Radio Board which oversees 7 Public Radio stations in Northern California and Northern Nevada, a member of the Sacramento Metro Chamber and the 375 member Sacramento Rotary where he chairs the program committee.
