Practice Management Software Support Specialist - Kentucky River Community Care - Provide all support to the electronic health record (EHR) software. Configured Netsmart's Avatar software for use with the Medicare and Medicaid programs of Meaningful Use (MU) and Clinical Quality Measures (CQM). Automated various jobs by using a combination of PL/1 programs, DB2 databases, SQL, and spreadsheet macros. Implemented the DB2 and RMDS ledger system for the Accounting function. Worked as a liaison between the finance/accounting group and the programming group. Cummins - Job responsibilities included producing monthly reports on areas such as productivity and forecast accuracy. Organized the quarterly review. Initiated a project on plant performance measurements.
