I have over 20 years of experience in shared services/global business services (GBS) leadership, strategy, and transformation, with a focus on procurement, information services, human resources, and travel and expense management. I hold a master's degree in business leadership and an advanced diploma in GBS from the Hackett Institute. My mission is to help clients execute their business administration tasks with maximum cost-effectiveness and efficiency, while ensuring employee satisfaction and engagement. I have a track record of delivering significant value and savings for my employers and clients, such as eliminating contempt of court charges, earning rebates equal to 118 times my salary, and streamlining end-to-end processes. I have also successfully led and developed teams across multiple continents, created and implemented business plans globally, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
