I am a Director of Programme Management with a career spanning senior technology transformation and change leadership roles. A background in driving IT sales and operational implementation, I have owned and delivered global projects from sales, inception, design, planning through to on-time, in budget delivery across multiple locations focusing on short time-to-value to maximize ROI. Leadership of large multi-cultural teams, multi-lingual (English, German, French, other), strong at client engagement, solutions and problem solving. Known for resolving failing relationships, removing project blocks and turnaround. For much of my work I have utilised PRINCE2, Waterfall & AGILE (SCRUM) methodologies and provided `cradle to grave` control, to ensure the successful delivery of large, international regulatory compliance and business integration programmes.
