An experienced senior leader with a history of creating vision, recruiting talent, implementing solutions, and monitoring progress, I thrive on developing new and non-conventional methods for connecting with people and the community. As a passionate, focused, and contagiously enthusiastic leader, I am known for investing in people and taking bold steps to solve large-scale problems. Care and creativity have shaped my 35+ years of ministry experience, and with each organization I led, I strived to foster a culture of collaboration and shared purpose by setting a vision and equipping those around me to work together toward pursuing it. Having been in a public speaking setting on a weekly basis, I am an effective and skilled communicator in both large and small-scale settings and find great meaning in engaging with a wide variety of people. I have a strong track record of discipling, mentoring, and coaching others from all walks of life, and I derive tremendous joy from watching the fruit grow on other people’s trees. I love helping people identify their strengths and grow into the best version of themselves, and I especially love seeing the impact this kind of individual growth can have on the health of organizations. As a veteran pastor, community leader, and change agent, I enjoy applying my skills to a wide variety of leadership, consulting, and mentoring endeavors.
