An astute commercially minded individual that has helped of companies understand their true property costs and assisted Network Rail, Skanska, Hitachi, YouGov and Skyscanner to find flexible offices globally. I have had the benefit of working with major film production companies like Warner Bros, Clothing Brands like Hackett find short term and long term office space in the UK, also major recruitment companies and a spectrum of financial institutes from family offices to corporate offices for private investors. My skill set is based on developing long term personable relationships with individual/business owners by working with honesty and integrity and finding all types of property solutions, big or small. Also I have sat on the board of the "Flexible Space Association" Flexsa that promotes flexible working for 3 years, giving me a rounded view of the industry. I have managed sales teams and also been responsible for building a brand/company and was instrumental in making the company a market leader and major player in the flexible office arena, responsibility involved looking after the sales focus for 25 serviced office sites across the West End. An ambassador for any business that is results and service driven.
