Bob is an accredited real estate investor specializing in multifamily, mobile home park, and self-storage asset classes. Via syndication, he owns multiple B and C-class multifamily properties in Texas, Colorado, and New Jersey, and Mobile Home Communities in Iowa, New Mexico and Minnesota. Since 2017 Bob has invested in 12 multifamily deals (2 of which have gone full cycle), totaling over doors across 7 cities and 3 states, with a combined purchase price of $150m. He has also invested in mobile home parks in Iowa, New Mexico and Minnesota. A member of the Sumrok Foundations program since 2017, Bob stepped up to the Personal Mentor program at the end of 2018 and closed his first deal in less than 6 months: an 88 unit property in San Antonio, purchased at an amazing 8.9% cap rate ($55k per door). The goal is to set this property on the right path to make significant returns for the 31 investors, and add additional properties to the portfolio in as they become available and fit his critical underwriting standards. Bob is currently seeking syndication opportunities and welcomes approaches from both passive investors and other deal sponsors. Prior to his real estate ventures, Bob was in the world of hi-tech. He has over 30 years experience in the computer industry, and is a respected expert on cyber security and security product testing. As founder of NSS Labs, Bob is responsible for the creation and execution of some of the most challenging and advanced security testing methodologies in the industry.
