I am a seasoned business consultant and advisor with over 35 years of experience as an entrepreneur and small business builder. I leverage my experience in creating innovative strategic plans and improving sales processes and organizational culture to coach small business owners to scale their businesses for next-level growth and long-term sustainability. Currently, I am the Senior Business Solutions Advisor at C&W Technologies, a leading IT network management services provider in South Florida. Some of my accomplishments include transforming C&W Technologies from a B2C to a B2B company, overhauling business operations at a semi-private golf club, expanding MacGregor Golf Company's market share and Green Grass sales model, and developing innovative Sales As a Solution to increase golf equipment sales at on-course shops. I volunteer as a mentor for entrepreneurs, having been inducted into The Venture Mentoring Team in 2022 and selected to develop curriculum content for Palm Beach State College's Continuing Education Department. I am also passionate about helping businesses achieve their full potential and creating a positive impact in their communities.
