About Bob Wischer

As the founder of Men Becoming Better Men, Bob serves as a personal coach to driven men, health coach to those needing accountability, mentor to men who are just waking up, and trainer to leaders in the men’s support space. He empowers men to transform their lives from isolation and fear to purpose and connection, while fostering a life rich in joy, service, and authenticity aligned with their deepest values. After a messy divorce and alienation from his kids, Bob realized his life had no clear meaning and he considered taking his own life. Thankfully, by God’s grace, he found an advertisement for high performance men’s coaching and had always felt in his career and life he had the potential for high performance, he dove into the process and healed those broken parts of his life through being coached and becoming a certified coach himself. He now works with men who have realized too they have lost connection with their families, friends, and most importantly themselves by diving deep into their identities to eliminate fears of failure and rejection. As a husband, a father of four, and a lifelong Michigander, Bob believes every man has experienced some version of trauma in their life that is holding him hostage from being the man he believes he is meant to become. Bob created two ways for men to get untracked from loneliness, depression, feeling trapped, or isolated through the his Forged on the Trail meetups and various online courses, in addition to working 1:1 with men desiring deeper work.
