As an astronomer at the US Naval Observatory for over 20 years, I have been involved in cutting-edge research and applications of optical and radio interferometry, photometry, and polarimetry. I have contributed to the Naval Precision Optical Interferometer (NPOI) project, which aims to provide high-resolution imaging and astrometry of celestial objects for both scientific and operational purposes.My research interests span diverse topics from stellar astrophysics to quasars and relativistic jets, supermassive black holes and astrometry.
