About Bobbi McDermott

Data consultant with a background that blends analytics, strategy, and people-focused problem solving. After more than a decade running my own business in executive operations, I transitioned into data analytics — a move driven by curiosity, resilience, and a desire to build smarter, more connected systems.Since then, I’ve been fast-tracked into a Consulting Senior Analyst role, delivering work that spans machine learning, behavioural insights, digital infrastructure, and stakeholder strategy. I’ve supported government-facing projects, built tools adopted at national scale, and created frameworks that help organisations turn data into better decisions. My technical skills include Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and statistical modelling. But I’m equally focused on how data is communicated, interpreted, and used. My approach is shaped by integrity, clarity, and a genuine interest in how people engage with the systems around them.I'm always keen to connect with likeminded professionals working in trust & safety, behavioural data, platform intelligence, and socially meaningful analytics.Let’s connect.
