General duties included but not limited to training of new employees in parts and service procedure, inventory management, purchase order processing, billing and coding, invoicing. Have held multiple positions within the same company and duties in multiple departments including Reception,Rental Operations, Parts Counter, Service Writing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing & Inventory Sourcing, Marketing, Sales, Advertising, and Inventory Control. Ability to perform multiple jobs simultaneously while prioritizing tasks in multiple departments. Maintaining exceptional customer service skills and relations. Ensuring correct Service Department invoicing and inventory usage. Interfacing regularly with various vendors to source quality inventory at the best price. Managing and reporting stock usage, verifying stock needs, regular analysis of stock and special orders. Managing high value inventory while keeping in hand quantities at a minimum for expected usage and analyzing for obsolete stock. I see potential in every new experience and responsibility.
