My role involves managing relationships, identifying opportunities based on client interests, and seamlessly integrating new processes and systems for maximum efficiency. Prior to this, I contributed significantly at Dynasty Travel & Events, LLC as a Group Travel Program Director. My responsibilities included developing travel solutions, fostering client relationships, and expertly handling itinerary adjustments and operational needs. At Morehouse School of Medicine, my role as Program Manager involved the administration of substantial budgets and oversight of key operations, playing a critical role in program design and development.
