About Bobbie Brown

I am experienced in residential property management having managed two midsized properties and one large property. Starting from an entry level leasing agent, in with no experience, I trained under a very knowledgeable manager and a caring owner who put me through the A.R.M. training in Nashville, TN. After three years, I was promoted to management and stayed with my original property for six years until I moved to Lexington, KY to take on a property twice it's size with over 300 units. I worked with this property until 2007 when I chose a smaller property with 152 units. After deciding to take a break from property management, I went on to manage a payday loan store for 18 months. At the request of a friend, I began a position managing a retail fixtures showroom. I am currently attending Pikes Peak Community College, pursuing my Bachelor's in Business Administration. While attending school, I continue to enjoy my passions of arts and gardening. In the distant past, I graduated from a small private college in Louisville, KY with an Associate Degree in Medical Administration and Assisting and worked for several specialty physicians as well as a hospital in Hinesville, GA, running the admissions department for the third shift emergency room. On a personal level, I enjoy sewing, scrap booking, woodworking, writing and painting. My goal is to return to property management and advance to Regional Property Management within 5 years.
