Ready for My Next Creative Adventure I’m at a point in my journey where it’s time to bloom into something new. Having nurtured my creative spirit as Director of Hekili Media Lab and Administrative Assistant at Paia Youth & Cultural Center, I’m now open to my next opportunity, beginning in December 2024/January 2025. I’m not chasing after the next gig—I’m more of a flower than a bee. I’m here, grounded in creativity and passion, and I know the right opportunity will find its way to me. Remote work is where I thrive, providing the perfect space for creativity and focus. That said, I’m open to occasional travel for the right hybrid opportunity—whether it’s the West Coast, Las Vegas, or Salt Lake City, I’m more than happy to meet face-to-face when needed. I’ve always had a love for design, from sketching ideas to turning them into polished digital experiences. Lately, I’ve been drawn to front-end web development, and while I’m not calling myself an expert just yet, I’m excited to grow and learn in that space. I’m seeking a role where I can balance creativity and technical growth, whether that’s designing a beautiful website or coding a responsive one. What I’m Bringing to the Table: • A strong foundation in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva) • A deep desire to grow in front-end development (I have experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, but I’m ready to try Next.js and Tailwind CSS, and more) • Motivation, curiosity, and a mindset focused on personal and professional growth • A passion for collaborating with teams that value diversity, equity, and inclusion • A preference for remote work, with flexibility for occasional travel So, if you’re looking for someone with creative energy, an open mind, and a heart ready to grow—let’s connect!
