About Bobby Ash

As a Senior Inside Delivery Guide at Rivian, I help bring the electric adventure to life by supporting delivery operations across the entire United States. I’m proud to play a role in making sure every Rivian vehicle reaches its new owner as efficiently and helpfully as possible—no matter the location. From logistics coordination to site support, I focus on creating smooth, high-quality delivery experiences that reflect the innovation behind our brand. What excites me most about my work is the opportunity to collaborate with passionate teams at every site and find solutions that improve processes at scale. I bring a hands-on understanding of delivery logistics, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement—skills I apply daily to support Rivian’s mission and exceed customer expectations. Looking ahead, I’ll be returning to Wayne State University in the fall of 2025 to begin my MBA. I’m eager to build on my real-world experience with a strong foundation in business strategy, leadership, and innovation. Long-term, I’m passionate about driving progress in sustainable transportation and building teams that deliver exceptional experiences.
