Bobby Blair: A former world-ranked professional tennis player was one of the finest junior and collegiate players of the 1980s and renowned coachin the 1990s In his late 20s what began as a hobby Mr. Blair grew one of the nation's largest distressed real estate property development companies. Mr. Blair was a national spokesperson for “Success” magazine. The company thrives today investing in new home construction projects and delivers a real estate tokenization platform globally for investors. In 2007, Mr. Blair built upon his real-estate success by launching a publishing company. Mr. Blair founded two iconic LGBTQ brands in the South Florida market. That led to the acquisition of global brands Next, Frontiers & Fun Maps throughout the United States & Canada. Mr. Blair took that company public in January 2015. Mr. Blair published a compelling memoir in 2014 entitled "Hiding Inside the Baseline." It chronicled his personal, tumultuous journey as a gay athlete and businessman who didn't come out until he was in his late 40s. He hopes that his story will serve as inspiration for today's LGBTQ athletes and aspiring business professionals – and people from any walk of life – who are struggling with their sexual orientation. The Company benchmarked the first-ever loyalty preference index trading on the NYSE. The board of directors consisted of Barney Frank, Billy Bean, Martina Navratilova, Orlando Reese, Andrea Breanna, Larry Roan. The company launched in 2021 on the NASDAQ their advancing equality ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) symbol LGBT. In December of 2021 Mr. Blair developed a Web3 Rewards & Redemption blockchain decentralized APP. In January 2024 Mr. Blair launched REIP Tokens. A real estate SEC approved tokenization platform. Mr. Blair was inducted into the GLBT International Hall of Fame, class of 2015. Mr. Blair is 59 years old and resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with his life partner of 21 years, diversity & inclusion media and Wall street pioneer and current real estate residential and commercial broker/agent Brian Neal.
