I have over 35 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management, purchasing, inventory control, and sterile processing, working with various types of medical devices and implants. I am responsible for adhering to the budget for supply and equipment expenditures, establishing and managing PAR areas, setting up and managing a $20k perpetual warehouse inventory, and generating purchase orders from approved vendors. I also collaborate with vendor reps, nursing units, and other departments to optimize the efficiency and quality of the supply chain operations. I am a mentor who embraces change, looks for new challenges, and promotes teamwork. I enjoy working alongside my fellow team members and always eager to assist in any other areas where help is needed.
