I am currently a Relationship Manager at CIMB Niaga, one of the leading banks in Indonesia, where I work with a diverse and dynamic team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive business growth. In my current role, I am responsible for reviewing company practices, identifying potential opportunities, educating and informing clients, attending to client complaints, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, and overseeing the customer relationship management system. I use my skills in sales targets, attention to detail, and key account management to ensure that our clients get maximum satisfaction and value from their purchases.
