About Bobby Hayes

I am a National Sales Manager at C&K Paving, where I focus on building relationships and growing our presence with property management and facility management companies across the Southeast. My role is centered on developing new business, reconnecting with past customers, and expanding our network in the Atlanta market. I work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide timely proposals, and ensure a smooth experience from the first conversation through project completion.I bring a background in both construction and sales, including owning and operating my own construction business. That experience helps me understand projects from both the field and customer perspective, which allows me to communicate clearly and set realistic expectations. What I enjoy most about this work is building relationships, earning trust, and seeing a project come together. It reminds me of the satisfaction I experience coaching baseball and football with my sons.At C&K Paving, we stand out through communication, accountability, and follow-through. Our team stays involved throughout each project, provides daily updates, and takes responsibility for resolving issues when they come up.My goal is to continue growing with the company, support new team members, and deliver consistent results for our customers.
