About Bobby Joseph

With over two decades of experience in Corporate Real Estate and facilities management, I have developed expertise in Facilities Management, strategic planning, program management, environmental health and safety (EHS), and facility design and construction. My mission is to create and maintain optimal workplace environments that enhance productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction for both internal and external stakeholders. I have successfully managed and coordinated several large-scale projects and contracts in emerging markets, ensuring compliance, quality, and value for money. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Corporate Real Estate and hold an MBA in Operations Management along with a Postgraduate degree in Finance. Additionally, I am certified as a Chartered Facility Management Professional (MRICS) by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Facility Management Professional (FMP), and a Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) from IFMA. I also hold the IOSH-MS certification from IOSH. I am fluent in Hindi, English, Malayalam, and Tamil.
