About Bobby McClanahan

I've been a Columbus transplant since June 2012. My most recent job was working for Nationwide Financial on the inbound life sales/service desk where I developed skills in high volume inbound calls for multiple life products being serviced. In this role I obtained and exercised the analytical skills around various financial and service situations regarding term, whole life, universal and variable contracts. Before joining Nationwide Financial though, I worked in operation roles for The Ohio State University and Texas Roadhouse where many skills and knowledge was obtained managing time sensitive and important decisions. Through my knowledge and experience, I was effectively able to manage both roles. I take pride in my career primarily comprised of service related and managerial operation roles. Being able to provide high quality and detailed assistance around various financial and operational situations, clients, employees, and universities have a been able succeed and thus focus on many other important needs. I look forward to continue building my knowledge and skills in the financial services or operations industry and bring a positive experience for any future employer and colleagues.
