About Bobby Moody

I started in the plumbing field in 1991 as a shop foreman for Kaelber Mechanical Contractors in Kenosh,WI. I left the company in 1993 for a management position at MagneTek in Milwaukee,WI. Due to company cutbacks and layoffs, the company eventually closed. I returned to my home state of Arkansas and returned to plumbing. Over my years of work, I went from a laborer, to an apprentice, to journeyman plumber, to management over a portion of daily operations of the company. I took a plumbing service department that had a service call once a month to a full daily schedule and even days out. I coordinated, scheduled, and performed all service calls. I had duties involving pricing of all materials and supplied for the entire company both service and for new construction crews to maximize company profit while maintaining our integrity and quality standard. There are many more duties that I was responsible for doing on a daily basis. I am an organized and thorough with my responsibilities and I take pride in what I do. I am looking forward to re-entering the workforce and excited to start a new career. I currently work at Sloan Flushmate as a technical support and customer service technician. I am also a trainer of new technicians who are starting their careers as a technical support and warranty support technician. Top notch service and respect for our customers is what we pride ourselves in and I strive for the best service and support offered anywhere! I am very blessed to work in an environment where I am allowed to use my talent to do my job both as a plumber and with my personality.
