About Bobby Siagian

With over 12 years of experience in various development and engineering roles, I am a highly focused and passionate technical person who co-founded and leads Rey.id, a healthtech and insurtech startup that provides curated life and health insurance and leverages its proprietary technology platform to drive enhanced customer experience at their fingertips. I have built the tech product from scratch, leveraging powerful tools such as AI/ML, OCR, EHR, EMR, and more, to create an end-to-end experience that takes care of the members with cheaper premiums, more holistic coverage, a paperless insurance process, and personalized offers. I also lead and coach the engineering teams, manage impactful projects, and work with various technology stacks such as Typescript, Golang, ReactJS, ReactNative, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Grafana, Terraform, and more. I am driven by the mission of making health and life insurance accessible, affordable, and convenient for everyone, and by the vision of creating a positive social impact through technology innovation.
