About Bobby Sterling

I like to put myself in the mind of my customers. When people call us out to their home or place of work they have an issue they need us to solve and want an action completed. My first goal as a pest control technician is to always make sure the customer gets the quality service they expect. When I arrive to a job, I want to know everything. One of the most important roles as a pest control technician is that of an investigator. I want to know what the customer has seen, where they have noticed the issue, and how long has the problem occured. The devil is often in the details, so I make sure to be precise and detail-oriented in my pre-treatment inspection. Having a full understanding of a wide range of pest, their habits, harborages, and life cycles helps in locating pest issues and formulating a solution to the problem. Prior to performing a treatment I like to inform my customers about the pest I found, product knowledge of what is being used, what they can do to help resolve the issue, and what to expect during the overall process. My goal is to equip our clients with the important information they need to know to help guarantee success. Since becoming a pest control technician I have grown exponentially in my field and even after my training was completed I continued to research and learn not only about different types of pest but about various treatment methods, new products, and improved methods of communication. I enjoy taking this newly acquired information and sharing it with my fellow technicians and supervisors so that they may continue to grow as well. Since starting as a technician I have helped to spearhead and formulate treatment methods for many of our larger accounts. My passion for my line of work has led me down a path of enjoyment and continued success.
