About Bobby Wells

Bobby has over 30 years’ experience with Major Commercial and Multi-Line Insurance Companies. He has led major programs and projects for design, development and implementation of claims, reinsurance and policy solutions, including Guidewire. Guidewire experience includes the project management across core Guidewire and multiple project connected to the Guidewire Program such as: Enterprise content management, external integration, financial applications and legacy policy and claims systems. Bobby has extensive experience in Business Process Management, including End-to- End process definition, evaluation, improvement, and design, in addition he has experience in organizational change management. Prior to joining IBM Bobby was director of technology organizations including claims applications, business analysis and testing organizations. Bobby also developed and led a Process Automation and Management organization. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt by the Juran Institute.
