I am a seasoned executive leader with over 15 years of experience driving innovation, advocacy, and growth in the non-profit and member-based sectors. Throughout my career, I have spearheaded transformative initiatives that align operations with strategic objectives, enhance stakeholder engagement, and amplify community impact. As the CEO of Lifesaving Society Canada, I led a national 5-year governance transition, creating operational efficiencies and positioning the organization as a leader in public safety education. I am proud to have directed the acquisition of the Canadian Red Cross Aquatics program, increasing the Society’s training opportunities by over annually, and I am currently overseeing a $2.2 million digital transformation project to modernize data collection, integrate AI and e-learning systems. I thrive at the intersection of strategic planning, collaborative leadership, and advocacy, with a deep commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
