Background

About Bobby Winchester

I started here with a temporary agency as an entry level end of line packer. Within my first two weeks, management moved me into operator training and I began running extrusion lines a month later. My first year end evaluation stated that I exceeded all expectations and in 6 months time had the skill level of a 3 year operator. I later moved to Assembly where I first monitored warehouse inventory then became a production lead. In April 2017 I moved to production scheduling where I have advanced with SAP/APO/MES to a level where I handle master data, new product implementation, work with program engineers to pioneer new processes, do the master plan for multiple plants as well as finished good scheduling at my base facility. My general nature is to be loyal, but always ambitious with never ending desire to learn. I really enjoy lean management projects and ways to improve production efficiency. I am generally introverted on a personal level but enjoy working with others in a work setting to achieve and exceed goals.
