I manage a high performing and diverse workforce of managers and individual contributors. Growing up I never thought to myself.my dream job is to be a people leader, yet here I am! I have discovered that my superpower is people and that my purpose in life is to help develop individuals that will make an impact on the world. I was lucky enough to be a Remote worker prior to COVID and already in the process of trying to figure out how to connect, engage, motivate, and excite people without being face to face. This experience helped reinforce that people are powerful individuals that need understanding and constant communication. It is on this foundation that I hold individuals to a high level of accountability and provide encouragement and direction while working for a Fortune 500 company in a fast paced, virtual Sales environment.
